Printed books with Errors or Damage

for the book.  The batch numbers can be found on the back side of the last page the printed book. It will be six numbers, two letters, 5 numbers and a letter (example 123456ab12345c).  The batch number in the image below is the large number at the bottom:

Once we receive your response we can get a new order placed for you.

If the product is usable and you'd rather have something else, just let us know the above information and we can get you account credit in the amount of the purchase price which you can then use toward any future purchase.
